Couple Pleads Not Guilty to Psalm Sing Arrest Charges

Moscow, Idaho—On Monday, Sean and Rachel Bohnet, a couple from Moscow, in Latah County Magistrate court pleaded not guilty to resisting or obstructing officers and violating the Moscow face mask order. Both of these are misdemeanor charges.
Sean and Rachel were cited and arrested at a psalm sing event at City Hall on Sept 23.
Two others at the event were cited and one other, Gabriel Rench, was arrested. Rench is running for Latah County Commissioner. Rench’s arraignment date has been moved to Oct 28.
The Bohnets are scheduled for a pretrial conference on Oct. 20.
A violation of the face mask order can have a maximum penalty of six months in jail and a $1,000 fine.
