City of Moscow Budget Workshop – July 8th, 2025

The Moscow City Council met to review the draft of the Moscow City Annual budget for FY2026. We worked to capture the conversation in full as it proceeded at City Hall. While there are a few edits and audio bugs due to technical issues, this otherwise represents the mostly unabridged meeting which took place.
